TriceraTop Spin is a leisurely dinosaur flight for all ages in the DinoLand U.S.A. area in Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park. Climb into a 4-person dino vehicle and soar around a giant top as cartoon comets fly past and friendly dinosaurs pop up. Little ones just might want to do the driving and make their flying dinosaur go higher or lower while flying in a circle.

Touring Tips

  • TriceraTop Spin is part of the zany antics of Chester and Hester's Dino-Rama, a special area within the DinoLand U.S.A. area full of family-friendly games and attractions.
  • TriceraTop Spin is an attraction for the children, except they won't appreciate the long wait for this slow-loading ride. The line is slow moving, but rarely longer than 30 minutes and frequently shorter.
  • The best time to go is the first 90 minutes the park is open and in the hour before park closing.
  • Controlling your Triceratops - Each of the moving Triceratops are controlled by a joint stick in the back seat of the Triceratops, and by a joint stick in the front of the Triceratops. The back joint stick controls the Triceratop's upward and downward motion. The joint stick in the front of the Triceratops controls the Triceratop's forward and backwards motion.
  • This attraction is open during evening Extra Magic Hours but not the morning version.
  • At full capacity, the vehicles can be very crowded, but if necessary riders can sit alone in a row.
