Great 1950's theme with all kinds of bric a brac from this era. In keeping with the theme, the TV's broadcast continuous black and white clips from 50's era TV shows such as Leave it to Beaver and the original Mickey Mouse Club.
Touring Tips
- The Tune In Lounge is the closest thing to a real bar that you'll find at Hollywood Studios. You can either drink at the bar or take drinks with you (there are some nice chairs under umbrella'd tables on the shore of Echo Lake directly across from the bar).
- The Tune-In Lounge is connected to 50's Prime Time Cafe and is the waiting area for those waiting to be seated in the actual restaurant, but it does have it's on little entrance door.
- It's a perfect place for couples and those traveling solo to take a break from the park and relax for a bit.
- This lounge can get quite congested with guests waiting to be seated at the 50's Cafe.
- When seated at the bar, you can order food from the 50's Prime Time Cafe but you must eat at the bar if you elect to do that. The bar can get crowded and the surrounding area can get crowded and noisy with people waiting to be seated at the Prime Time Cafe.
