Disney's Beach Club Resort is a New England-style Disney Deluxe Resort, shaded by broad oak trees and lapped by the gentle waters of 25-acre Crescent Lake. The lake is the site of lively family activity-its surface dotted with rented watercraft and catch-and-release fishers. Stormalong Bay-a water wonderland located within the Resort-features waterfalls, a lazy circular river, a waterslide, an elevated tanning deck and Hurricane Hanna's Grill, a poolside counter-service restaurant and bar.

Stormlong Bay is a beachside water park that offers up 3 acres of aquatic fun for the whole family. Catch currents in an expansive sand-bottomed pool or a lazy circular river, explore the "Shipwreck" and slide down one of the highest hotel waterslides at Walt Disney World Resort, or simply lie on the elevated tanning deck and soak up the sun's golden rays. With 750,000 gallons of water comprising an impressive complex of pools that range from swirling to placid, open to secluded and cool to warm, every member of your family can find a place to make a splash at Stormalong Bay. Guppy Bay Kiddie pool lets even the youngest of Guests in on the fun.

There are both standard rooms (two queen-size beds or one king-size bed) and suites. The resort also offers a fifth floor Concierge Level with private floor access, a concierge lounge, turn-down service, and other amenities. The Concierge Level is home to the resort's Presidential Suite. All rooms were renovated in 2009.

Pools
  • Stormalong Bay - The main pool complex at Disney's Yacht and Beach Club resorts that resembles a beach-side water park with its sand-bottom pools, a circular lazy river, waterfall, and the "Shipwreck", a large replica of a ship wreck with one of the highest resort water slides at Walt Disney World. The Stormalong Bay pool complex offers a poolside counter service restaurant and bar, a shallow area for children, and an elevated tanning deck. Stormalong Bay is centrally located between both the Beach Club Resort and the Yacht Club Resort, facing Crescent Lake.
  • Quiet pools - The Beach Club Resort quiet pool and jacuzzi is located on the opposite far end of the resort, facing Crescent Lake in a similar garden area. Another pool is privately located in the Beach Club Villas building facing a smaller lake which can also be used by all resort guests, but is exclusively located for guests staying in the Beach Club Villas.

  • Captain's Grille - Start your day with an all-you-care-to-eat buffet or à la carte breakfast. Later in the day, have steaks, sizzling seafood, chops and more.
  • Martha's Vineyard, A Casual Lounge with New England Flair - Gather for cocktails, conversation and a light bite in a charming lounge inspired by a New England beach house. The menu includes flights of top-shelf spirits and international wines, as well as signature cocktails and cold beers.
  • Beach Club Marketplace - Located in the lobby of Disney's Beach Club Resort, this market and bakery offers fresh salads, gourmet sandwiches, and straight-from-the-oven pastries, breads and desserts.

Touring Tips

  • Guests seeking a tranquil pool experience can choose from 3 quiet pools in Disney's Beach and Yacht Club Resorts. Disney's Beach Club Resort pool is located in a garden area on the far end of the resort facing Crescent Lake, and also includes a steaming Jacuzzi. Disney's Yacht Club Resort pool can be found in its own quiet garden area. A third pool is privately located in the Beach Club Villas. Though it is situated for the convenience of Guests staying in the Beach Club Villas, all Resort Guests are welcome to enjoy it. An additional spa is found in the Ship Shape Health Club.
  • In addition to all the fun of Crescent Lake and Stormalong Bay, there's a high-tech game room. And don't forget to take advantage of the Sandcastle Club, a supervised activity center for children ages 3-12 that affords parents a carefree night on the town (Additional fee required).
  • This waterfront hotel is near Epcot theme park, Disney's Hollywood Studios theme park and Disney's BoardWalk Area. It is a smoke-free Resort; smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking locations. Accessible rooms and features are offered for Guests with disabilities.
  • Concierge assistance at Disney's Beach Club Resort is available to Resort hotel Guests 7 days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located in the main lobby, the concierge can help you purchase Park tickets, make dining reservations and secure show seats, among other services.
  • This Resort includes an accessible path of travel from arrival to the lobby area, as well as to accessible Guest rooms; restaurants; merchandise locations; meeting rooms and convention spaces; business centers; pools; and exercise and laundry facilities. Complimentary wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance. Guests are also welcome to bring their own wheelchairs to the Resort.
  • The white sands on the shores of scenic Crescent Lake offer a great place to run, tan and play to your heart's content. Watch the light play across the water's surface as the sun sets, and when night falls, delight in the sight of the illuminated BoardWalk across the way.
  • The water beckons at Disney's Beach Club Resort marina. Take the family (or yourself) out for a jaunt on the water with a range of rented watercraft. Pick a Pontoon Boat or perhaps a Sea Ray Sea Raycer. If you prefer not to do your own steering, you can event choose to take a specialty cruise (nominal fees apply).   • The Sandcastle Club is a supervised activity center that keeps children laughing and playing the whole evening through while parents roam out for a carefree night on the town. The Club accommodates children ages 3-12, entertaining them with arts and crafts, computer games, Disney movies, dinner and snacks in a lively environment created just for them. Reservations are required for the Sandcastle Club, open daily from 4:30 p.m. to midnight. Please call the Front Desk or Concierge Services for reservations and more information.
Convention center

Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Convention Center is centrally located between the two resorts and features over 73,000 square feet (6,800 m2) of meeting space, including two large ballrooms and twenty-one breakout rooms. The convention center is primarily accessible from the Yacht Club Resort via a covered walkway to the Yacht Club lobby. To access the convention center from the Beach Club Resort, guests must either use an outdoor sidewalk by the bus stop or walk to the Yacht Club Resort to use the covered walkway.
